April 1 2019- Dec 23rd 2019 ( holiday and event weekends listed separately ) 

$500/ 2 night weekend, add $100 for additional nights

Weekday rates: M-W @ $150/ night, Thurs or Sunday $ 200/ night. Min. stay 2 nights

 

Event and holiday weekends from April 1- Dec 23rd:

Octoberfest   $1,200/ 3 night weekend

Rock N Roll weekend ( Sept )  $600/ 2 night weekend

Beer and wine fest ( Nov )  $600/ 2 night weekend

 

2019 Longer term rentals:

Ski season: Dec 1- March 31st   $10,500 total, including utilities

April- September $1,400/ month including utilities

October for the Month  $2,000 including utilities

November for the month  $1,400 including utilities

 

Additional fees:

1X cleaning cost for the entire stay, regardless of the length of time   $100.00
